Meetings 

  1. the act or process of coming together for the purpose of transacting business
  2. an assembly or gathering of people for the pupose of builing trust

 

In all organizations meetings are an important vehicle for communication.The majority of teams will, and should have face-to-face contact at least a few times a year.   

Agenda 

List of points or to discuss at meetings. Usually distributed prior to actual meeting  

Decision Making

In this type of meeting, in which a group selects a solution or program to implement, success is dependent on group agreement on the decision making process



Problem Solving

Participants must first agree on athe definition of the problem and then craft methods of addressing it.  Participants must be able not only to recognize the problem but also have the necessary energy and expertise to address it.
