The BCLA Awards
Each year at our Annual General Meeting we celebrate the spirit of volunteerism by recognizing the special achievements, efforts, dedication and commitment to lacrosse that is so strong among our members. Awards are given out in many categories and, in addition to recording the recipients name on the trophy/plaque, each winner gets a keeper trophy affectionately called the "Gary". BC Lacrosse Association Names Award Recipients
The British Columbia Lacrosse Association (BCLA) held their Annual General Meeting October 20-22, 2006 in Whistler, BC. Every year this event brings the lacrosse community together for meetings, educational sessions, a lacrosse fair and the annual merit awards banquet. Over 400 participants took part in the weekend event.
